The Stratos Team

The Stratos management and support team is based in Auckland.

The support team in Auckland is responsible for overseeing over 300 professional counsellors and consultants based throughout New Zealand and Australia. The team also deals with the day-to-day management of the organisation, including the administration of the customer database and reporting system.

Warwick Harvey has headed the Stratos team since 1 May 2006.  Warwick has an extensive background in human resource management as both a consultant and HR Director.  Warwick's leadership ensures that the whole Stratos team works to proven and well-established systems, which deliver positive results and offer invaluable advice and support.

Warwick brings to Stratos over 30 years experience as a consultant and in human resources management.  He is a former National President of HRINZ who elected him as a Life Fellow in recognition of his contribution to the Institute and human resource management in NZ.  He is a former Chairman of Barnados and of the Kids Help Foundation which runs What's Up, the children's help line.

Stratos counsellors and consultants are independent contractors. Every Stratos accredited counsellor and consultant is carefully chosen according to stringent selection criteria. They are regularly evaluated to ensure they are meeting customer expectations.
